I can confirm your happiness index, ie 5 star ratings have passed the 60% mark on 11,417 reviews.

If you add in the 4 star ratings which account for 12.61% of the total, that makes over 72.61% of users seem happy with the product.

For anyone new, just look at the earlier post in this thread and you can see how things have evolved with Freeway. 5 Star ratings have always been in 1st place, in the early days they were followed by the 3 star figure with the 1 star close behind.

It was only once we got to 5,724 that the 4 star ratings caught up to the 1 star number and it took until 9,000 reviews had passed before the 4 star figure caught the 3 star one and started to open up a gap.

If you look at the latest 100 reviews, 4 are 1 star, 4 are 2 star, 3 are 3 star and 11 are 4 star, meaning 78 are 5 star. So the latest version of Freeway, seems to have improved the products rating even more, which is great but the number of new downloaders of the Freeway app is sadly continuing to fall, its currently project at just 40,000 in the last 30 days.
