    Looks like Bayan´s share is still deep-frozen by australian law. Meanwhile low rank, high moisture coal prices are declining. and coal upgrading would improve profit margins significantly. Someone should take Bayan to court because they prevent coal upgrading via WECs BCB technology which could also leverage KRLs coal resources and shareholder value.
