To tell the truth I'm having a laugh at some of the coments!!
And I'm not saying I know what's right.
I'm simply laying out the scenarios, laying out some indicative costs and saying - argue this!

Now in general if a $40mil investment gives you a $1bill return over 5 years - you do everthing you can to make the $40 mill investment

But to the general comment that MAK is in mining & not freight
I say this : when you spend $1Bill on freight you are IN THE FREIGHT BUSINESS

Someone made the comment that Harvey Norman is in real estate not in retail (same line of thinking)
