I was referring to the $20 million from post #3899280:
"Now lets add $20 million for the drivers,maintaining & fuel for the 20 trucks."

This is your entire cost for running the trucks, and since you're comparing to the billion then you're saying $20 million for 5 years. You didn't spell this number out, you pulled it out of thin air.
