Just out of interest i contacted the Fremont County Court -11th judicial district to see if a hearing date had been set for the quiet title claim for the hansen deposit, not that it will hold things up for managment to be continuing to negotiate for the 51% of the hansen deposit up for sale, that said there is NO DATE FOR A HEARING SET AS YET anyone wanting to keep an eye on proceedings THE CASE NUMBER IS 09CV202 Its frustrating to see the share price still falling on low volume with so much U and coal in the ground in such a green market of late the share price is not matching the companys assets and the slow pace to advance taylor ranch and the hansen deposit isnt helping, without news we will continue to drift. On a positive note it will be funny if its the coal that gets the share price moving up (numerous parties have expressed interest in the project)will be interesting to see what comes out from this interest and lets hope the company can stitch up the 51% of hansen up for sale soon, this needs to be done to keep things on track for the company to be able to get the drilling permits they will need to be drilling around christmas time winter in the USA as stated by our USA blr manager on the job to the Canon city newspaper recently, lots to look forward to, ashame it takes so long to progress.
