Well i have written off my investment in NRU.
I have also asked the ASX for a please explain as to how they could have accepted the company's response to their questions re the company's cash balance of $66,000 at the end of September?
Considering they owe $1,000,000 for Shanagan they have no hope of retaining that project unless the current owners relent and give them an extension for settlement?
The ASX need to get off their bums and carry out their Compliance responsibilities to the shareholders of Newera by going back to Newera and demand they indicate exactly how the company is going to provide sufficient cash to carry on trading?
My gut feeling is, Newera have no idea how to raise any cash in the current envirenment?
