French fish soup for supper tonight with toast!

Blend in the blender:

1 onion or just the juice of two onions

¼ leek (optional)

2 to 4 cloves of garlic

Boil for a reasonable length of time, with the following:

1 litre of campbells fish stock

½ litre of water

½ cup of tomato paste

½ to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 or 2 bouquet garni

Pinch of funnel

Pinch of saffron strands

½ to 1 glass of dry white wine

Thicken slightly with corn flour
