Despite the Dud previously saying that his plan would provide cheaper power where he references OBrien as having the detail on that, Speers cleverly demonstrates that not only does OBrien not know the number of reactors that would be built or the technology that would he used, he admits that all those decisions will be up to the currently non existent " independent nuclear energy co-ordinating authority " .
So how can the Dud say that his policy is superior to that of Labor's when he nor the shadow energy minister know :
1. The technology they will use .
2. How many reactors that will be required .
3. Whether they will have to buy the sites and how much they will cost .
4. Who will be on the co-ordinating authority and what the scope of that authority will be .
