At approx 6 minutes in , the Shadow minister , when asked about the make up of the nuclear plants says, " we will leaving that to the independent nuclear energy co-ordinating authority " .
That's the ' authority ' that doesn't exist today.
For a problem that is years away.
So how could the Dud possibly know the answer in 2024 ?
