My usual chicken dish is chicken cacciatore but I have craving something different. Then I remembered I used
to make the French onion chicken. We love caramelised onions. I saw a recipe for Roast potatoes, caramelised onions and truffle oil. Life is too good.
Might have to add apricot chicken to the list during the week as well.
