    The truck was loaded with rifles and grenades.
    The plan seems to have been:

    (1) Carnage running people down

    (2) Take hostages and keep the terror going for days...

    The targets are getting softer by the day. It must mean that ISIS is losing ground fast in Iraq and Syria.
