It's the US that caused the rise of these groups with aggression in the form of illegal wars based on lies.
They were double tapping people with missile drones in Yemen, Afghan, Iraq.
Innocent people wiped from the face of the earth.
If aggression led to this then please explain how it will fix the problem it created?
