You are bringing very important point.
The world has moved fast from those early days and now if you cant deliver the best possible interface customers will look else where.
The interface doesn't look too bad but nothing very special either to be fair, but if you give a free app to a bunch of enthusiast phone users and allow them to make free or very cheap calls, you would expect them to make numerous calls.
But we got one call per day Per customer... only!
why?.. you ask me!
Maybe it is the interface, maybe it is other reasons, there are 79% happy and 21% unhappy withe with the on-boarding experience to start with
Ziptel should work on those issues to have any chance of real success... especially with whatssapp coming in the not too distant future.
