Overlooking all the hype - this “new” group of hotshots firstly needs to get numbers on the board and demonstrate they can actually create and sell these new concepts/product/products with numbers.

The alternative is they have purchased a distribution business for millions and inherited all the associated costs and management issues. Expensive and open to personal power issues if the road gets rocky. There are a lot of egos involved in this new business - who when the going gets tough is going to have the final call.

The only individual that walks away with a smile on his dial is the $1.5m man;

This market has now become ruthless when it comes to numbers. Hype does not cut it anymore. No numbers, the share price gets kicked in the guts and tanks.

This deal is messy. Even short term punters are now losing their trading nerve. Pulling funds on a whim.

At this point the whole deal has many questions and badly in need of transparency.
