What is CoH?

The CoH research team led by Prof Jianjun Chen had been looking for a potent and selective FTO inhibitor since about 2017.
In June 2020 they publicly identified bisantrene (which they called CS1) and brequinar (which they called CS2) as being the best two out of the 260,000 drug database which they screened.

CoH had made this discovery in 2019, but they didn't publish the identity of CS1 and CS2 until after their patent application had been rejected due to prior claims by Race Oncology (bisantrene) and Materia Medica (FTO inhibition to treat AML).

Prof Chen has joined RAC's Scientific Advisory Board.
So far he hasn't done anything which is visible to shareholders, but that's the nature of Advisory Boards.

Prof Chen formerly worked at University of Chicago with Prof He who founded Accent Therapeutics and is arguably the world's leading expert on m6A mRNA modification.
