Black pudding crumbs:
Combined the following:
100 gm ground porridge oats.
75 gm pork fat or butter.
75 ml water.
25 gm or less of seasoned dried pigs blood powder.
1 shallot diced shallot.
15 gm cooked pearl barley.
¾ small teaspoon salt.
¾ teaspoon ground coriander.
¼ teaspoon black pepper.
½ gm mace.
Place the separated crumbs on a baking sheet.
Bake or barbecue.
Turn so it is like baked bread crumbs.
Serve with meal.
