    Crepes

    Filling:

    Fry:
    50 gm butter:
    1 small finely chopped onion.


    Then add the following:
    2 cloves pressed garlic.
    ¼ cup chopped celery.
    2 tablespoon flour
    A few splashes brandy.
    1½ cup half and half milk cream.
    A few splashes soy.
    A few splashes worcestershire.
    A pinch of old bay or other seafood seasoning.
    A few splashes sesame oil.

    Turn off and add the following:
    150 gm fish.
    150 gm raw prawns.
    150 gm crab meat.


    Crepe:


    In a bowl mix:
    100 gm flour.
    2 eggs.
    ½ cup milk.
    ½ teaspoon celery salt
    1 tablespoon butter.
    a splash of sesame oil.

    Make into crepes with ¾ cup or less of the mixture.
