    Siv by now you have probably found the terms of the Shell - Next Decade deal. It was a 20 year SPA agreement for 2mtpa. Frankie provided a chart on Rio Grande’s timelines and I put the link (care of mrwalker’s post) below:

    Three quarters of the pricing is indexed to Brent and the rest indexed to US domestic prices and Henry Hub prices. Interesting as Shell was the first to sign long term SPA’s indexed to HH in 2011 and now the first to sign SPA’s indexed to Brent.
