The "fish" is a total non issue in my opinion. It was the cornerstone of the company until we lost gas supply a few years ago. FL is now an unbuilt facility amongst other established facilities that are also running short of gas. The NSW state governments ban on fracking and gas projects a few years ago cut off a vital supply reserves in the N/E of NSW. Essentially there is no gas for FL and it's unlikely there ever will be.
Add to that the current 'noise' regarding internal energy supply and the fact that we should restrict international gas shipments only adds to the demise of the project.
Add to that the exorbitant cost of building facilities of this nature in Australia and it soon becomes apparent that FL is never going to get off the ground.
The company needs to bite the bullet and make a major decision regarding FL......yes, the photocopier needs to be written off or relocated to the US.
