Facts:

Bear Head has its permits but is hardly in an advanced stage of development.
Construction by 2018, in my view, at the very least this was always misleading!!
Those who have done the research know there is no feed gas from the 3 sources mentioned
Those who have done the research know the reasons why
Strategically positioned, so was Fisherman's Landing
