No I was wrong about GV. I was mis-remembering the CEOvof another one of my companies
In my case I was paid out for my shares for the liquidator as a result of a class action. The expenses of the action were met by the law firm not me. I was fully compensated for the loss of value between the time that they failed to announce and when they did announce -clear of any fees and costs.
