2) Therefore, it comes down to the individual, example an ex CEO etc. For this individual to win a defamation case he must prove that statements made were false or a lie

I doubt shareholders would mind if a defamation case was initiated as it opens up the opportunity to present evidence without having to be the one initiating legal proceedings!!!!

I consider the statements I and other long-term shareholders have made here to be honest opinions mixed with fair comments

I suggest you familiarise yourself more with the various Acts that deal with Misleading and Deceptive Conduct and Corporate Governance.

To be honest, I’m surprised you haven’t seen or heard any evidence regarding this topic, have you listened to the Conference Calls?!
