I raised the matter of the information under Legal Actions in the Patent documentation because as I understood it, it could be a cause for concern given the way this company has behaved, irrespective of what you think. Did you go in and read it? It's tucked away at the end of masses technical jargon associated with the OSMR technology. I did not expect to find it there.
So if you were being a smart arse I didn't appreciate it. If you weren't then my bad.
