Your right it is.
But the gas market is clearly continuing to tighten. There are a lot of coal fired power stations out there, many old and highly polluting. Particularly in China citizens have had enough - its clearly impacting health and longevity.
I can only see gas demand going one way - up.
For this reason, I think it is a matter of time before customers recognize that Magnolia needs to be contracted else gas undersupply will become a real risk.
I really have got my 2nd (no 3rd, no wait wait 4th) wind for this stock.
