I agree they (management) are far from perfect. Far too many optimistic statements about selling out Magnolia that have come to nothing and they should have stopped doing this when they first failed to meet their own deadline. They should have been honest that a BTA was quite unlikely.

I do not believe that until recently there was any real urgency for customers to sign, as there were so many cheap spot cargoes. Given the market continues to tighten the urgency to sign will only increase.

I am simply not of the view that we have missed our chance. 

I also believe they are good enough to get a signature if there is one to be had.
