Good morning from Louisiana, MoneyBags. I enjoy reading your insights. You give your honest opinion based on both feeling and research. I have walked the Magnolia property several times and wanted to clarify one statement about the Kinder Morgan pipeline, for all of us to be aware of. It actually runs directly in the middle of the property. I was able to verify just after a survey had been complete, a little over a year ago. Having it directly under the project sight means a simple hot tapping procedure, and Magnolia has it's gas. Property is prime real estate for this type project, not to mention it already being on a deep channel, adjacent to an existing import LNG terminal which is also considering financing a liquefaction export project (Lake Charles LNG, former name: Trunkline LNG). As I said before, I will post pictures of ANY progress made to the Magnolia site when that day finally comes! Best of luck to every investor involved in this extended chase!!!
