    we are in for a trip down memory lane. Hawke tried this back in the 1980's and rents skyrocketed afterwards. I suspect the changers will be that the losses on an investment property can only be offset against the income from other investment properties and not personal income. But ,one way or another landlords will pass the costs onto renters. The big question in my mind is, will Capital Gains Tax be applied to the family home? I look forward to Albo trying to sell the Captial Gains Tax as one of fairness. Jet
