They will find a way around that. 2 houses in my name, 2 in wife's, 2 in each of the kids, 2 in the dogs name.
Scrap the concession on CGT or link it to inflation rate, cut all stamp duties on new buildings kept as rentals----------------the GST etc on all the work required to make a bare house into a home will more than cover that. The income tax paid by everyone extra employed in the building industry would be massive.
