The markets are now becomming concerned about the effect of high commodity prices and increasing interest rates. If America slows, its consumption of china goods & china growth will also slow. As commodity prices and interest rates increase china production might suffer.
I cannot see any value in buying BHP at the moment- copper is priced to perfection, AUD appreciating, concerns about the market and weak technical signals. Aus volume has been low suggesting that professionals are lightening onto mums and dads.
Still a bull but I am going to go short for a little bit of fun.
