THE high volume of Californian almond shipments for the season so far raises debate over whether there will be enough material left unsold ahead of the next US crop in late August.
Richard Waycott, president and chief executive of the Almond Board of California (ABC), posed this question in the board's latest issue of The Handle newsletter.
