I take your points regarding AJL management and inability to turnaround the OZ business.

On the point of Kerogen's 20% interest loans, what other options were available to AJL at the time? Remember how bad AJL's balance sheet was a few years ago? Remember the constant delays in the UK to get the drill bit in the ground?

AJL would have found it very hard to find investors in that situation (Mr Fudge stepped up initially, but it took a while for other investors to join the party).​

Also, remember Kerogen constantly let AJL accrue the interest that was payable. We have got through the last few years with the help of Kerogen, some new investors that came after the drill bit hit the ground and capital raisings that all shareholders were able to participate.

Lets hope, the commercial flow rates are outstanding and we don't get taken over at a 186% premium.
