so 3.6bl shares to many so consolidation fair move well then why increase the available holding from 4bl to 8bl
as for Chinese whispers I can read I have read and the question was asked in 2013 about consolidation answer after the chairman had it explained to him what it meant, it was said they had no intentions of this .....the only reason this is happening is because they want people to dump their stock ,
this will not pass in any event at the AGM so I think people should just vote NO....their is no advantage in selling your self short. Inco spent near nothing on Isabel ,Clive palmer the same.
