Investors value a company by its market cap, that's a companies overall perceived value. a diluted stock actually sometimes has trouble running, even at lower prices, when there are so many shares on issue it becomes too liquid and a day traders heaven, share price can often be held back with too many shares on offer. Professional investors will not buy a stock on the basis of its share price, they must take into account the shares on issue, the stock may appear cheap, but it's actuall value is too high due to too many shares on issue. How can people not realiSe this? I feel consolidation in the long run will help this company.
