The consolidation is required to attract Institutional & Sophisticated Investors (family offices etc) and is therefore necessary to attract funds to develop the land. Most institutional investors wont invest in a penny / speccy stock. The board have the right strategy to attract the funds we'll need, hence combining the consolidation with the move to CR above the maximum allowed 10% of current stock without SH approval.
I'm nervous, in so much as I've been through consolidations before, and there is then a bigger potential for losses on a downside run, but, if timed correctly, with results and appeal it should mitigate that risk somewhat.
This will not be a 'get rich quick' stock - true value will only be realised once we're pulling the stuff out of the ground and have a market to sell to and ultimately become cash flow positive.
If you believe in the story, sit back, relax, and check back in next year once we're receiving income from the nickel.
Those who are expecting a massive spike before that, will be disappointed.
