Hi Bseimsan.
Thank you for your time, expertise and sharing your wealth of knowledge.
I to have been discussing the remuneration and consolidation issue with management and other well researched AVQ investors and we need to make one thing clear, without Ryan Mount we have no AVQ. His understanding of indigenous SI the idiosyncrasies of the SI government, the mining bi products that help educate and create industries other than mining in SI is second to none. How much is a CEO like Ryan worth? Is the timing right or wait for the appeal to be D&D then approach the SH at a separate EGM later in the years for an increase in salary and performance package? Will booting Ryan out and installing another CEO be the answer or have the same unique qualities need to run a mine in a 3rd word country?
Consolidation in my view needs to be discussed as per timing. I don't necessary agree that now is the appropriate time. I would prefer after appeal and consolidate on a stronger MC. We discussed the consolidation at the EGM and I understood consolidation to be implemented some time after appeal but am in the process of consultation on the issue and will have more information in the next few days as having a tighter register could be controlled easier by Ryan to monitor any hostile or accumulative T/O. Understandably consolidation will attract SAPH and institution enteritises which is a bonus but this will not happen whilst we have the appeal caviet over our heads. So I'm in 2 mind ATM.
Dilution. I have gone over and calculated many "in ground resource" valuations and they are huge. Truly a "world class deposit" with Sapralite zone established. From phone discussions the appeal presents a hold up but Isabel will become AVQ's 100% contoled lease, to direct, decided on Off-Takes and increase or decrease production at their will. Along with $5ml Anitua and around $5ml court costs and some cash on hand and possibly a discussed Off-Take used as a facility (spoke to Ryan) some institutional investors on board and a small PPS down the line dilution will be offset once production starts.
Disagree to use damages claim at this present time. Damages claim will be unique to this case and to put a cost to every individual setback AVQ has had over the 3 years will be difficult in calculating the correct amount as seen fair by the courts, will take quite some time to complete and years for SMM to exhaust their expertise in procrastination before AVQ see's any claim payment.
If $25ml has been set as the CAPEX to kick Isabel into production one would of thought using the $10ml acquired + either facilities (off-takes) institutional and SAPH investors and a small PPS + options to the loyal SH should see the capital needed to get this over the line. If in fact consolidation can accelerate the above and in fact the sooner the better then I have to vote yes.
Thanks again Bsiemsen, look forward to your next post
Cheers
