It needs time for those who have been stuck in suspension nervously waiting the outcome to sell, and for those sitting on the fence ready to buy in to feel that it is indeed a good result for the company.
Once some confidence in management and the project potential return, buyers will return en mass. Once finance is sorted, well the share price should be multiples of this level.
