There is some serious money invested in this company from powerful institutions and some of them sense that the bureaucracy is a top heavy.

This internal repositioning within P&G may in some form be having an effect on the timing for commercial outcomes with OBJ.

P&G spent $100 million trying to keep him off the Board - funny how it works.

OBJ and the like are put on the back burners in terms of any royalities etc.

"We will pay you when we are ready and the technology has added proven numbers in accordance with our requirements"

The power of a global giant ,and the difficulties of being a minow supplier.

Maybe OBJ simply cannot communicate the true situation as they do not know themselves.
