You never voiced “disgust” with the CR and were one of the last to offer any form of criticism. Suggesting two to three weeks after the placement that you and your family would have been ok if they did the majority of the CR with sophs/instos does not even pass the common sense test. Do you think ANP and its lead managers didn’t max soph/insto support out before and during the trading halt? Do you think they sacrificed instant demand for a shareholder entitlement offer that required a 4-6 week SP premium over entitlement price to be successful?
