thinking out loud here; we have 45 boys in an ATL1102 trial alone. What if we added to that the combo study, of the same 45 kids. This cost would be small change for the likes of Sarepta who have a lot at stake. The combo trial could take eg. 6months to a year to set up, ready to tack on mid next year - when our 45 boy trial is due to finish. The FDA could then see this as a continuation program, open perhaps, as the boys just stay on the program but with dystro added... imagine the sp if we had that set up, and the mid 24 results were positive... commercialisation imminent.
