With regards to MD leaving from what i can gather hes not going anywhere
I did post the benzinga podcast where MD says he is stepping down as CEO but will be staying in some form post the new CEOs settling in
So perhaps the reason its taking so long is because we are looking for a puppet to work, from behind the scenes,

With regards the combo results what you say is not out of the question, but for the reasons i have previously given, personally i am hoping for investment funding, rather than tying into one partner so early on, potential returns from multiple avenues could be lost by partnering the combo route, by all means Jv and let a pharma take an equity stake for any future deal making, giving them first dibs on a buy out but dont even think about putting the farm as in combo therapy in there as an offer with full rights to so to speak
