I don't believe being served a summons is trifle, like you do. Maybe you get served a lot and use them for toilet paper, who knows but if the defendants do not turn up to court then a ruling is made in the favor of the complainant. Summonses are not just given out because the judge had a beer with the complainant, he has issued them because he believes there is merit in the claim. End of the day, this is not trying to scare people out of their shares, this is a court case Lindian is going to have to defend and it is going to have to hire lawyers and you can, well I can, bet my bottom dollar no financers will come forward with a pending ownership case. I cannot explain the SP action today as I have seen many companies wind up in court but I have never seen a SP rise on court action. Maybe everyone here is used to investing in companies that have pending legal action? By the way, one of the complainants is serving time and I have had the unfortunate experience of meeting this person over ten years ago when he was embroiled in another scandal, but he is not the main Complainant in this case.
