I cannot explain the SP action today as I have seen many companies wind up in court but I have never seen a SP rise on court action. Maybe everyone here is used to investing in companies that have pending legal action? By the way, one of the complainants is serving time and I have had the unfortunate experience of meeting this person over ten years ago when he was embroiled in another scandal, but he is not the main Complainant in this case.
I hope your right and everyone just ends up having a big joke, but I doubt it.

i have never had anything served on me I’m not that guy.
This is just a bluff scare tactic by a few opportunistic criminals .
Have faith in the company announcement today.

They are trying to bribe the company, they can go get Fd
