I understand that Mr Joey. Had a mate that specialised in stealing claims off people. In WA it is handled by the Wardens Court in the local jurisdiction. He would go into the mines department and check to see if owners were meeting expenditure on their granted mining leases. If they weren't he would take them to court and steal the lease. Real lowlife character but that's how he made his living.
