    It would have to be a positive; presumably you could only vaccinate those without tb, and there is only one effective test for latent tb.

    Also those with lowered immunity, such as those with AIDS, may not be able to be safely vaccinated.

    The tb vaccine, coupled with a test for latent tb, could eliminate tb globally.
