And a deal still to get to the table there presumably for the perf shares to get issued...though likely new not the crown one! Would anyone doubt that nick curtis will find a deal from somewhere to support a $35m capital raising. I certainly don't. So FRG will be a vehicle for that, with NC having a large stake (per all those lynas posts)

ERD should be judged on its own merits, but if it peforms as strongly as FRG has since listing....I will be happy
