I truly get it. That's one of the reasons I gave up day trading ago. I don't stress about what time I wake up or constantly checking my positions throughout the day. I hold my positions for the bigger moves....and that way, I can live without stressing. I don't trade on leverage. It's my money and if I feel confident, I can hold my position on a looser hold. Most of the time it works....and sometimes, oh well.
I was going to buy the dips earlier this week and just decided to be patient instead. I didn't have the desire to scan the market for any buying opportunities ....decided to buy shorts on the dips instead.
Today, the S&P hit support and rallied. Tomorrow, I anticipate it will hit resistance and fold. Most indicators have already turned negative.
