It seems to be, from track record, that this may possibly be another merry-go-round to jump on when the NLC one may have ended... I wouldn't be surprised to see in a week or two once its given a bit of a push that NLC was unsuccessful...then the focus would now be on the development in the Latrobe valley at a reduced cost (thanks to India)and government backing...
This announcement seems like all the rest, there are no guarantees, there's no $$$ committed ESI. They simply put an idea of riches in peoples heads and greed does the rest...
