nah, part of the recent rise was justified, but the feeding frenzy of the last few days wasn't really warranted IMO.

as for future announcements, they are likely to get harder and harder to make now that the 'soft' announcements are over: e.g. a binding MOU is harder to achieve than a simple MOU- and finance announcements are harder to achieve than any. So I wouldn't expect the flow of announcements to be a great as before.

PB has done a great job so far in promoting TNG but it's probably not going to get a lot easier for him as the pointy end approaches. When the money is likely to show up, I have no idea.
