from the comments here it will not be taken up fully. and without an option to take up the shortfall it cannot happen.
It will be around next wed/thurs we find out how much was raised.

to me this was a poorly thought out raising. it should have been a professional cap raising for say 2m to get over any Short term cash flow issues and shareholders could have been offered some scraps after the drill. Also there should have been a shortfall option.
