it was probably settled out of court by them paying their bill.
they got the money from options conversion and paid. makes sense doesnt it. they didnt fight and win anything.

what will they announce to the market?

GDN is pleased to announce that we paid our bill with shareholders hard earned money. As a result of some fancy footwork and delaying tactics GDN managed to get the poor shareholders to hand over more money which allowed the company to continue to exist a little longer.


its much easier to mine shareholders than find Gas.
